Bornholm is a fantastic holiday island.

If you want as far east as you can get in Denmark, go to Christiansø and Frederiksø by ferry from Gudhjem. Here you will find the Nordic region's first sea fortress and one of the smallest island communities in Denmark.

Culture and art should not be cheated on Bornholm either. Visit the art museum or visit the hundreds of small artisans on the island. It is especially ceramics and glass art you will find on Bornholm.
